Alabama coach Kalen DeBoer praised Milroe’s performance, saying, “I’m really proud of the way he played tonight… He continued to be resilient, stayed the course, and helped us win the football game.”
In contrast, Riddick had a relatively quiet game, finishing with just two total tackles. His pre-game trash talk had ultimately backfired, making him the target of ridicule on social media.
The win marked the end of Alabama’s regular season, with the team finishing 9-3. As they await their postseason fate, including a potential College Football Playoff bid, the Crimson Tide can take pride in knowing they silenced their critics and proved their dominance on the field.
