Alabama Quarterback Jalen Milroe Reveals Unexpected Fear
In a surprising revelation, Alabama football quarterback Jalen Milroe shared his unexpected fear of roller coasters. The fearless player, known for his bold moves on the field, confessed that he wouldn’t be joining his teammates on the thrill rides at Busch Gardens.
After practice, Milroe told reporters, “I do not do roller coasters. That’s one thing I do not do.” This admission came as a surprise, given his fearless attitude on the field. Milroe is one of Alabama’s top options in the run game near the goal line and has been known to force passes into tight coverage.
When asked about his fear, Milroe explained that his attitude towards roller coasters had changed over time. “When I was younger, I had no fear,” he said. “I used to do everything, like it was nothing. But now, I’m older. I gotta stay away from roller coasters. I’m scared of those things, I’m not gonna lie.”
Instead of riding the roller coasters, Milroe planned to enjoy the other attractions at Busch Gardens, including the food. “Might get me a funnel cake or something,” he said with a smile.
As it turned out, Milroe wasn’t the only one to chicken out. Running back Jamar Miller, who did make the trip to Busch Gardens, refused to ride the Falcon’s Fury drop tower. His teammates didn’t hesitate to tease him about his fear.
The Alabama Crimson Tide will face off against Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl on Tuesday, December 31. The game is scheduled to kick off at 11 a.m. CT at Raymond James Stadium and will be aired on ESPN.
It’s clear that Milroe’s fear of roller coasters won’t hold him back on the field. His bravery and skill will be on full display as Alabama takes on Michigan in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
