Rammstein Announces 2026 World Tour Alongside First New Album in Five Years
German industrial metal giants promise “louder, darker, and more intense” sound with 2026 release and global stadium shows
Berlin, Germany — May 24, 2025 — Legendary German industrial metal band Rammstein has officially announced their long-awaited return with a new studio album set to be released in early 2026, accompanied by a massive world tour kicking off next summer.
In a statement shared on their official website and social media channels this morning, the band confirmed that their eighth studio album is currently in the final stages of production. The as-yet-untitled record marks their first release since 2019’s Rammstein (self-titled) and promises to deliver a heavier and more experimental sound, according to keyboardist Christian “Flake” Lorenz.
“We’ve spent the last two years writing and recording — some of the darkest and most personal material we’ve ever made,” Flake said in an interview with Musikexpress. “It’s still Rammstein, but we’ve pushed the boundaries of what that means.”
The accompanying world tour, titled “Feuer und Zeit” (“Fire and Time”), is set to begin in May 2026 in Leipzig, Germany, before moving across major European cities, followed by shows in North America, South America, and select dates in Asia and Australia. The band is known for their jaw-dropping pyrotechnics and theatrical performances, and insiders say this tour will feature the group’s most elaborate stage production to date.
Lead vocalist Till Lindemann hinted at new live elements, saying, “We always want to surprise people — this time, the fire is just the beginning.”
Pre-sale tickets for European dates will be available starting June 3, 2025, with general ticket sales opening on June 7. Album pre-orders are expected to go live later this year.
